i have same machine which is install vertical but am having issue, because the blocks are coming out not cook. can u pls help me with some tips to go about it.

@@derickmoses751 these might be cause by the volume of steam thats going inside the the block machine maybe is low,same time it might be that the settings at the operating board has been tampered with lastly maybe the timing of the steam entering the block machine is not reaching the maximum limit,where are u located?
