I don't think the pilots are Pakistani. They look Middle Eastern. They also have foreign accents. This plane might be wet-leased.

I garantee These were millitary trained pilot. Little healthy weight gain at their age, still confidence, discipline and formal, all represent professional nature harvested from military..

Yes Airbus 300 and Airbus 310 have control columns. Later Airbuses since the 320 have side sticks.

It is mind boggling that this airline is still flying more than forty years old aircraft on such treacherous routes carrying humans where the risk factor could go extremely high. Probably that’s why PIA banned all over the world due to the overconfidence of its management. Who knows!
