Mr. Furubayashi is a great guy. I've had him repair a couple of my ukes and I have a couple more I'll be taking to him soon. I would love to own one of his ukes. Unfortunately he almost never has any completed ones in inventory at his shop. If only I could try out a few of them...

The first ukulele Noa built for me was in July 2001. It’s a tenor with Brazilian rosewood back and sides with a spruce top. All these years later, it’s clear as a bell and warm…. It’s lasted this long and will only get even better. Thanks Noa..🙏

I have 3 classical guitars from David Gomes; all fabulous; one is fiddleback maple back and sides with cedar top; one is koa back and sides with spruce top and one is kiave back and sides with cedar top (his signature model). They are all beautifully made and sound fantastic with nice balance across the fingerboard; bass to treble and beautiful bell like trebles.
