Thank you for sharing, I think it also depends on other factors I'm not aware of, I know someone using an Acer laptop and they could just use the print Screen button even in 2021(I think win11 was not yet released then). Then on my unit the option does work even though i have win11. I'll do further research and release a video on it in the near future.

I recommend more using Windows + Shift + S since some games bind Print Screen as the screenshot button (like Roblox)
