Do you even remember how to play this game?

I distribute chests manually, since activeness is different for each player. All of my players reach at the very least 2/3 of weekly activity, So what I do, I distribute additional rewards based on activity rank, and chest contribution rank, so thats 2 goals to chase. It also increases player activity rates since I applied the rank rewards. Once the rank rewards have been distributed, the remaining will be distributed equally to the entire 30 members. (I am not always first, which means I do not always get the most chests in the guild, as well, I do not reward myself for the time I put in holding these weekly events, monitoring their scores, and manually distributing. Not to mention, if I have to find new recruits.
