I did some research, nothing much happens when you touch(apparently 🥺) but can harm you if you have pace maker or even the low current high voltage can interfere with your heart beat. Don't touch it. Also please, watch and review some other videos at this channel 👏

Is this safe, Well... Obviously not. Why do people sell this childs play death toy? What would you use this for, Honestly no idea, other then death before you hit the ground. Is this really 400kV? Nope it could be 20kV or more, It uses high voltage capacitor

Recently modified an electric swatter with one of these soldered to an 18650 worked great but after a few weeks the battery started smoking and i had to disconnect it. Was curious about what went wrong ?

Suggestion? When creating the rollers use the Loft Tool; way easier. On the first plane draw a center circle of 10.50mm. End sketch. Create an offset plane 14mm away. On that plane draw another center circle of 12mm. Each circle is drawn from the origin point. End sketch. Lastly, create one more offset plane 28mm from the first plane. On the last plane draw a center circle of 10.50mm. End sketch. Using the Loft Tool click on the first circle, then the next, then the last. Fillet both ends of the roller to 1mm. Use the hole command to create holes in each end. Finally create sketch on one of the roller end. Draw a 3mm circle and Extrude (Cut) to the other end. Done! It worked perfectly for me.
