This is a nice video, but as someone who is not interested in older homes I was a bit disappointed. Would like to have seen some new construction and some neighborhoods with single level homes. You showed some beautiful homes, but way too much upkeep and would be in need of a lot of work in a few short years. Homes this old most likely have had some water damaged from leaks which means hidden toxic black mold hidden inside. Do you have videos showing new construction and single level? Thank you so much.

I live in Florida and the LAST thing I want to do is move to an area that will have all the negatives issues of uncontrolled explosive growth. I pass on Nashville. It seems all you are focus on is flipping real estate.

Grew up in the Oakhall neighborhood right next to Ravenwood. My whole family is still out there. I only see them once a year. Woke up homesick, so im watching this video. Brentwood created an incredible childhood for me. I was safe and had everything we wanted. Spread love you guys. Don't know what you got till it's gone

Just a FYI!!! PLZ put ALL VITAL Stats in videos ... as in AREA, # of Baths, Beds, Sq Ft, Price, & ACREAGE!!! This is really frustrating to find so many times there's NO Mention of the actual Size of Lot/ACREAGE!! This very Vital info and NO one wants to have to call in, to find out these things, when it's already stressful going thru dozens of listings/ Videos to narrow down listings on actual Homes that are ones to go visit!! I'm not one that's gonna call numerous times to find out these things that should be Vital info on listings!! Another thing is very important is walking and videoing the actual property! These things are very important especially for out-of-towners, that can't drive by, to have a visual of size! Thx❤
