Congratulations on finishing a very nice looking model. I did one of these a few years ago and it looks like the rolfie models have become more user friendly in those early kits it was all glue and cutting out individual pieces, no pre made plant parts every leaf and petal was cut out. Maybe I will look into their more recent sets. Hope you enjoyed putting your model together.

Thanks, I've made a few of their older sets in the past and they would be much more complicated and needed more attention to individual pieces. They also took much longer than the ones I have been making recently. I will look for more of their recent models to check out.

Looks like a fun project despite the blocky look of the car

So cute! And thank you for showing it all lit up. Most creators that I've watched make these and just show it without lighting it up 😀😀😀

You always start with the meat first. Braise meat and onion. Your vegetables go in last. Veg takes less time to cook than meat. You also lose the meaty gravy flavour by not braising your meat, onion and garlic etc. First. Once you add your spices and your veg,you add very little water. You close your pot and leave it to cook over a very low fire for hours until your meat is tender. You never stir your potjie once it is going. Putting meat in last is back to front method of real potjie.

+Zikara Redfox I am here through a company called Borderlink. I did apply to JET but was not interested in coming in August so decided to come in March with this company.
