Fabulous and a very educative presentation. I'm no expert, so speak from my subjectivity on the topic of micro-aggressions.. but such aggressions are not necessarily conscious actions and yet the term 'micro aggressions' seems to imply it is, and so does the suggestion of playfully shaming someone in order to educate them about their actions. Secondly, a behavior that may feel like a micro aggression to me today, may not feel the same 2 years from now after having experienced some psychological healing and growth. This is just another perspective on this evolving topic but it feels important and valid. Comments or thoughts?
