I’m Diabetic and when I fast I don’t use insulin and I do just fine, no food no need for insulin is what I found. To fast and take insulin at the same time will kill you. So much of what I have experienced with fasting has been confirmed here.

Tongues should edify those around you. Like when you share the gospel in their native language even though you don't speak it. Tongues is not a heavenly prayer language. And the word prophesy in Corinthians means to teach not tell the future.

I'm a breadwinner in the family. I fast while I work. The longest so far I had is 3 days only when I was 21 now I'm 53. I always long and think of a regular fasting because of its many spiritual benefits. May the Lord continue to help us to fast more earnestly.
