Hello everyone! Hi David. This question is a follow-up question. David, would you say you get the same result painting from a reference photo as you do from in-the-moment painting en plein air? How do the results compare? Thank you David! I love your work!

Very interesting, Linda. I have a pile of stuff from my mother and grandmother that I’ve worked with in repurposing for jewelry but have not done assemblages. There is much to appreciate from your art and the found objects. My aesthetic is totally different but much can be learned from others’ work. Thanks for giving me your card on the recent trip - 2023.

Well Jan 26 is my birthday so this was cool. And Mrs. Popp was one of my high school teachers at Towson high, mentors and she is literally just the salt of the earth. Mrs. Popp is a genius and always encouraged us to go on amazing journeys to make wonderful pieces whether with paint or sculptures and this artist is truly an inspiration to hundreds if not thousands of artists. Thank you Mrs. Popp!
