Very thorough, I appreciated that. The component overview was an excellent addition. Thank you!

Thank you ! Despite the new core sets, we caught an example of the original core set, and this hour has been rewarding along shuffling through the rulebook 100 times 😂🎉

I think you can use your weapon when you retaliate, in rulebook under weapons

just to clarify, the poison apple cards (level 2 and 3) once Snow White gives to opponent to be placed in their discard pile, they will lose HP straight away, right?

Nice playthrough. It seems that managing three heroes (instead of two) is completely doable (and enjoyable)!

Great teach. Even 6 years on, this is the best overview I've found on YT. The combat explanation in particular made it seem so much simpler than the rulebook does.

This is an excellent video. I picked this game up recently and I plan on taking it to my game night. Now I feel like I'm really prepared to teach some players. Thanks!

Just got my pledge a couple of days ago & will hopefully get to play soon. Thanks for the video. Was checking to make sure the game was generally the same. Also, you were popping me every time you called Gugs Grugs and Azathoth Azaroth. Great stuff, keep it up!

Thanks a lot for this - convinced me to purchase the game! Some utterly reckless dice throwing, though 🤣 I wouldn't be able to play something like this without a dice tray personally...
@DH-ew9op11 күн бұрын
At 17:29 when you open the door to move into that room you need to roll the black dice to see if the corpse will come back as a zombie. Any movement on and off them you need to roll though you only roll once when your passing straight through.

So the scenario card you picked up that locks a reserve member up and you need the mo disks to find, if you look in the book it says all scenario cards at end of each area are to be discarded and closed though in most cases this card doesn’t make sense as the a deck is rather big with not enough time to find the mo disks so I’ve talked to folk in the companies discord and they are all under the same opinion this card is set aside with the reserve locked away until all disks are found.

From the rules, once combat is initiated, can you attack support ships or only orbit leaders? I find it a lot confusing :)

In your opinion, which game is harder: Too Many Bones or The Elder Scrolls? I’m planning to start my adventure and want to choose the best game to begin with. Thanks, and have a great day!
@LearntoPlayGames13 күн бұрын
I would start by asking if you are looking to play with others if so Elder scrolls is easier to run with other players as long as one person knows the rules. If you are playing by yourself than Too Many Bones would be easier to learn. Hope this helps and thanks for watching.

Another excellent Playthrough! One question… At the very beginning during set up when you pulled the event card. I believe the first sentence was “if any of the item cards are face down…” Since none of them were faced down yet I don’t think you would’ve gotten the two key cards that were shown by default during set up, correct?
@LearntoPlayGames19 күн бұрын
I will double-check that, but you are probably correct. Thanks for watching and posting.

Just watched...at 40:01 you rolled for the Skeever and did 3 damage to the High Elf. Then you rolled again to apply damage to the Nord. You are only supposed to roll once for an enemy's engagement and then apply that damage to each target instead of rolling separately.
