I only play skyblock. the fact that you need to earn every block, especially at the beginning when you are hoping for a lone slipe to spawn in your dirt cage, and then finally killing it and getting to make your jumping platforms wider. its just so satisfying

I'll probably never do it again but I did first try solo that boss not even realizing she deals instant KO damage. I actually thought that the night version was harder because I died to that and I just got good at dodging her patterns and thought the chaotic version was easier for me

I wish we had a crafting feature where you combine a kite with a block which you can then place and the kite will fly on its own when it gets windy (and rest on the ground when it isn’t)

Had to watch this video because I was curious how far along the game was. Didn't even realize it's been 3 years since I saw the trailer for the game. But as someone who does a bit of 3D animation, I get it, because I have found myself rather overwhelmed by all the stuff that I have to do just to make everything work and function well, and I don't even have to worry about people's decisions altering the animation, so 3 years working on stardew valley before returning to chocolatier as an indie developer is probably to be expected.
