25k crappie connection…Great show. Can you show and demonstrate how you shake a Crappie jig -vertical presentation? Your guest Kayle (great guest )talked about it, but did not demonstrate how to violently shake a jig maybe for one second. Please explain or show that technique. Thank you Merry Christmas.

I use standard grey lead weights and have seen the crappie hit them many times. I have mostly transitioned to a heavier jig head and not using the extra weight. I fish in Illinois and Missouri.

When you locate a good school of Crappie, is it better to start casting to them and staying back or if you’d like to drop go in and start dropping to them. It seems like staying back and testing would not move them as fast.
