please do a part 2,3,4 etc... these are such necessary topics. Many people, especially those that belong to a sizable church, don't really get a chance to ask there pastors about these specific topics without coming off like theyre trying to leave lol such a great video!

When I encounter ignorant topics like this, it's a clear sign that those involved are operating out of pride and political idolatry. None of these parties belong to God; however, I know the seven things that God hates. What they're doing is attempting to position themselves as God, acting as the separator between the wheat and the tares. God has not given anyone that authority. For their information, salvation is found in the name of Jesus, not in the name of any candidate. Vote and be at peace with your decision, and stop listening to these prideful Christians. Since you so stuck on abortion--remember the spirit that created it--RACISM. So, it's safe to say, if you vote for a Racist, you are voting for abortion. Grow up in your faith and use critical thinking.

This guy is a self-righteous Pharisee. If we should not judge then why is he judging both Harris and Trump? As Christians we should vote based on policies not personalities. We are all sinners and that includes him as well.
@cullenbentley988021 күн бұрын
its sinful to me because the bible says to know to do good and you dont its a sin...therefore to not vote means the devil and his crowd are more commited to who they serve than those who say they serve the God of creation.....sad to say....and to not vote you actually are endorsing the agendas of the devil and abortion is just one of them.....

In the 30 or so years since aligning themselves with the Republican Party, Christianity in America has gone from the church of love, charity and good works to the church of hate, intolerance and division, in the eyes of many. That should help answer your question.
@seekaloftАй бұрын
Yes, Christians can vote Democrat because God honors people's choices (independent of whether the choices are right or wrong) and God does not force morality on people. In other words, God is pro-choice because he grants us free-will to choose and allows us to be accountable for our choices. Just as many can't see how Christians can be Democrats due to abortion, many can't see how Christians can be Republicans who support a convicted sexual predator, lover of strife and discord, proclaimed adulterer, unstoppable reviler, genital grabber, and pathological liar who is totally opposite of Christ whom they profess to serve. Some say that it's OK to follow an evil leader because God can use an evil leader for His own purposes. But doesn't the Old Testament show that after God uses the evil leader He punishes and even destroys the evil leader and followers? The bible does say who you should vote for. You should vote for someone who will give you a "tranquil and quiet life full of godliness and dignity". (1Tim 2:1-2) Who can that be? It is someone who is the most Christ-like. Why? Because integrity and character matters (by their fruits you shall know them) and policies don't matter as much because many candidates once elected don't follow their party, platform, and promised policies. Integrity and character are time-tested indicators of how leaders will successfully react to and handle future crises. If voting means a choice between small Satan or big Satan then don't vote at all. We are not required to make a vote that would sear our conscience. At the end of the day God will not ask you whether you voted for a Democrat or Republican. Instead He will ask you whether you knew His Son, did you share the Gospel, and did you show the love of God - help the hungry, thirsty, naked, sick and imprisoned. Did you love Me? Did you love your neighbor? Did you love your enemies?

J.D. Vance, now a supporter of Trump, once compared him to "America’s Hitler." On January 6th, many Trump’s supporters called for the hanging of Mike Pence, a dedicated pro-life Christian. While other Christians may see things differently, I personally believe Trump poses a serious threat to our democracy. I'm also concerned that, if re-elected, he might turn against Christians once he no longer needs our votes. As a pro-life Christian, I don’t agree with Kamala Harris on issues like abortion and same-sex marriage, but right now, she is the only candidate capable of defeating Trump.

I try not to judge, but I cannot wrap my head around ANY Christian voting for a republican. Why would a believer identify with a party that despises EVERYTHING Jesus stood for.

I believe you nailed this. If by their fruits you shall know them, what are the fruits, these days, the Evangelicals and MAGA Christians are showing to the world? The racism, bigotry, petty childish meanness, hypocrisy and even violent rhetoric of today’s radicalized Republican Party has and is continuing to stain Christianity and the gospel message it once tried to preach.

Interesting. Just saw a meme that said something to the effect of "you can't vote for a pro abortion candidate on Tuesday and sing "Oh how I love Jesus on Sunday". It got me to thinking: I'm pretty certain there were some folks who believed that they were "good Christians" but who were slave owners or who whole heartedly thought that Jim Crow laws were perfectly fine. Going further back, there are many examples of things we now view with horror but were accepted as normal by folks who were quite serious about their faith in Christ. I suppose reconciling those times in history might be akin to voting for a pro choice candidate?

The silly and sad thing is that people that want to offend in that fashion, in a grandiose ways,, as the Olympics opening ceremony was,,,they know what they are doing and they expect certain reaction from the targeted audience. So if we as Christians want to say - Forgive them Father for they do not know what they are doing- in the book of Luke, it is extremely difficult. Thank you both, very nice and needed talk
