Questions (these questions aren't meant to be rude or offend. Just genuine curiosity) •Where are the legs? Did you purposefully leave them out or do you plan on adding them back in separate layers? •Why isn't the sketch transparent? •Why is the start of the snout to the nose area so high? Like a steep road •What happened to its back? •What's the weird mouth looking thing around the chest? •How is it so smooth? I love the smoothness and everytime I animate it's choppy. How many seconds per frame did you set it as?

1. I’m adding them later because I couldn’t figure out her pose 2. My sketches are hardly ever transparent just because I have a hard time seeing the color 3. It’s her snout shape 4. I’m fixing that later idk what I did with it 5. Not sure what you mean by that but it’s probably the fur which isn’t complete yet 6. Not super sure how to get it smoother lol I animate on ibis for now and I use 10 FPS

love this, I used to do the same thing as well when I was about 8 or so. I was super into warriors and still am to this day and this tactic really helped me. it worked for a while but then I decided to move onto studying the anatomy of the bones, muscular system, the blood-works and medical info. I would HIGHLY recommend doing all of the things stated above before doing the basic shapes-anatomy system. That's because if you learn (insert all the anatomy above) before basic shapes you'll know where, how far, how much, the bones can move the limbs or body parts like the jaw and legs (Especially joints). Doing all of the anatomy will make it so much easier and you will be able to draw the basic shapes without any inspiration or references! Doing that will result in a fantastic future of drawing cats. Now 7 years later I am fantastic at drawing poses and everything about cats and what not. Hope this advice finds you well! <3
