It was twice as dangerous playing outdoor lacrosse with no equipment and pretending there was no hitting. Every year the concussions were off the charts put a helmet on. This is great ! And remember it's hitting professionally you don't want to put anybody in a wheelchair for the rest of of their life. That's not what this is about !!!

This is what I'm talking about! Way to go ladies! The traditional women's discipline is fine, but there are a lot of girls who want to put pads and play full contact lax. I really hope this explodes so opportunities expand for girls/ladies/women who want to play this discipline.

Americans need to play box year round, and anyone under 14 years old should never play lacrosse on a full sized field (should play half field 7 vs 7 or box). Full sized field is way too big for young kids, you’re getting about 1/10 the amount of touches and chances to defend.
