What the hell happened to those 17min of XT4 organs from the last video? Appearing from nowhere with a different Camera just doesn't seem right, does it?

5:13.. Too much green. Look at the water.. Not sure its because of PL effect or post processing effect.

Just beautiful resolution ... So how was the long picture at 17:49 taken. Is that straight out of camera ? does the camera have an xtra wide photo mode or panorama built in stitching...

Great video! I just got my first Fuji, the XT-3. I was researching, looking for a decent video camera for real estate and ran across a bunch of video on the Fuji cameras. I'm loving it for landscapes as well.

Hi, I've just stumbled across your videos - they're great, ever so peaceful and informative, I love the pacing. Thank you! Ive got an xt2 and would like to learn a bit more about landscape photography. I wondered what polariser and nd filters you might recommend. I have some but i think they may be poor quality. Thanks!!

Nice views. Not for nothing but, your ballhead (wish I owned that one) is almost as big as your camera.

Did you notice any loss of detail/quality when going from a full frame sensor down to a apsc? That and overall low light performance have me on the fence about switching from Sony to Fuji myself

I’m a canon shooter, but I’m thinking to switch to a Fujifilm camera. The main reason is the weight, but I see more benefits of the Fujifilm

Hi Steven, I’ve been a Fuji man for the last 8 years or so. Along the way I’ve also owned both Canon and Nikon full frame cameras. Both of these offered incredible resolution, but, neither gave me the colours I’ve taken for granted with my Fuji cameras. I loved your honest approach to the new XT4 as well as your obvious excitement at getting the shots into Lightroom. They looked fabulous. Enjoy the new journey and I look forward to watching more of your work. Paul

I love your videos. I'm almost every year in Northern Ireland and get a lot of inspiration from you. I was wondering if you use apps like Photopills or TPE to plan your shoots.

The Fujis are great for photography, but the AF for video is sadly very unreliable (pulsing BG, bad AE on video, lenses designed for photography only). Anyways, the right tool for the job it is!

I LOVE Fujifilm colors and the film simulations. I shoot Sony and like it. I shoot Fuji and LOVE it. Likely unloading Sony A7R iv soon. Full frame has its slight advantages but Fuji just brings so much joy and pleasure to use. The sound of the shutter nothing compares.

13:33 - haha, must be odd to walk in a beautiful landscape to find a guy who is alone, talking to his camera. Other than that, everything that's being said for colour I totally can relate to. I had Sony for a while and always - from day one - struggled with color. I tried 3 different converters, it's just so different, only Canon can come a bit closer to Fuji but the RF system is expensive...

Hi Steven thanks for tips. Could I ask if shooting video and using a tiffen variable ND - how would you use a polariser in conjunction? Or can't you?

Cool video! Do you miss sharpness and detail compared with the Sony? Or is the image quality of the xt 4 very good for landscape?

I have the same experience! I shot Pentax ff and Fuji apsc. Then I thought a Sony a7iii would be the best of both worlds. Loved the portability, battery, lens selection, af and to a certain degree the sharpness from the Sony. But as with you, I felt I had good light and the photos still was a bit ... blaaah. So I sold the Sony A7iii with some great lenses and got a Canon R5 to go as my main camera next to my Fuji. Since I won't get that much for my K-1 compared to the photos it delivers, I'm keeping it. The IQ is maybe the best out of them all, but the size and AF is a bit blaaah. Love Fuji though, If they made a ff i wouldnt use anything else. As you say, the colors are the best.

Thanks for the video👍🏻 I have sold my Sony gear buy now sort of stuck in the middle. My only concern with Fujifilm at the moment is their push for medium format. I just wonder if they will start to fade out the spec. 👍🏻

Nice video Steven. A good mix of gear talks and photography issues. You may have answered this, but did you bracket the tree and water by time, if so, it affected the appearance of the water didn’t it? Thanks- I’ll be interested in how you handled that. Did you just blend them? Geoff

Your enjoyment in the Fuji is plastered on your face. I'm considering either the Xt-4 or the sony a6600 because of autofocus. I will be videoing my nieces' gymnastics and plays. Do you still use your Sonys for weddings?

Great video! I've had my xt2 for a few years, but bought a Nikon Z6 18months ago. Kept the xt2 but traded in all but one lens. But the Fuji was still always the first thing I'd pick up. I've since sold the Nikon :) and I'm keeping the xt2 but I'm like a kid in a sweet shop thinking about the lenses I want(need).
