Just to add another soothing sound that helps with sleep is brown noise. Makes you sleep like a baby.

I think as women...we sometimes feel like it's selfish to take time for ourselves...but in reality it's selfish not to. The veggie shepherd's pie was truly delish. I absolutely love your idea with wearing the furry boots like that ...could possibly wear a polo neck jumper underneath the denim dress...and I absolutely think a bigger belt would look good too. I absolutely adore all that you do. It appears you get the most views when you do hauls and fashion. It can be expensive though. You can also put up a poll to see what folks are most interested in.
