if u mean that u have low fps after u aim in then theres no solution because tarkov uses a thing called Dual Rendering which basically means that the game renders a second picture for the scope and everything else renders normally

Yeah bro... sad asf Tarkov is almost just like PUBG PC except at least its not F2P but its terrible man console is master race when it comes to cheating but PC master race for everything else except cheating basically ruins everything...
