When someone flatters you too much, it may be your chance to tell them they are also beautiful. I told a lady had a great hairstyle and looks, and my sister likes to dress fancy, too. I told her that my sister's style wouldn't go with me because I am short. She gave me hope. She said you have good looks just find your style like me. She was short but was well put together. It is not terrible to flatter someone; you may have missed opportunities to lift someone's potential.

I'm guilty of this, when I have a simple conversation or interaction with sone people, I return home, drained. I have a tendency to think for others, solving their issues. I have since set boundaries and mind my own business

Full of great realistic advice for weight loss and managing weight. It is all about the small simple things The older you get the less aggressive you should be with exercises but focus on whole foods and weight training works wonders 🙏🙏

This is great! Sorry Sheila, I’m not one of your gorgeous ladies, but I just wanted to say a couple things: Exercise: like Sheila said, start out slow! If you injure yourself, the setback and recovery will delay your progress. If you don’t walk much, start out at a few hundred feet the 1st time. Go a little further the next time out. You’ll start to feel stronger each time you walk. Just be consistent! Support group: as you seek out people who are going to help you do better, spend less time with people who don’t (you know who they are). While they might make you feel more comfortable, they can encourage bad habits like unhealthy eating and avoiding exercise. As they see you change, they might be willing to do it themselves.

Thank you Sheila for bringing this issue a realistic perspective. Among the videos I watched I found yours rather realistic and giving practical solutions. All the other videos repeat the same "ignore them" motto. Well, my friends, you don't know how far those people could go. I have experienced such "friends" who spread gossips about me and causing other people to get an enemy of me without me being aware. I experienced a colleague who was underperformed spread constant gossip about me which caused me to be excluded from lunch time with all other peers. We need to prepare ourselves to jealous people potential. I would also kindly ask you to prepare a video about what we should do in case we have to share the same work space with those type of people (because we cannot technically distance ourselves) and we share the common friends which they can try to impact and turn against us. Thank you very much 🙏🙏

If you want friends who are NEVER jealous of you, NEVER Envious of you, NEVER fake their words of Support to you, NEVER fake and not showing up for you, NEVER tells others your private life or thoughts for you, NEVER backs out on their word when they say they're going to help you, NEVER does a favor to you just to make themself look good, NEVER tries to steal your partner or close friends period - then you should only be friends with people who fall into zodiac sign of CAPRICORN. - These are the ONLY People who 150% of the time Never engages in immoral, down-low-, envy or any toxic behavior. - - The only thing is for people who are Capricorns who practice FULL Control of their Moral behavior, the high standards that they do for themselves is the same high standards they expect from you - - - if you're ever around them or are a close friend to them. - - - People think a Capricorn's good consistent behavior is a sign that they are weak and agreeable so therefore they can slight and deceive a capricorn (because of their outward kindness and their ability to stay composed when deceived and pressured). - Not knowing that the Capricorn is the GOAT (the CEO of all the Zodiacs), - the father of the Zodiac that rules above all. - - - So when a Capricorn sees you as a bad person because you thought it was fun at the time. Prepare to find yourself at the bottom of the well. - - People regret and miss the kindness, helpfulness, genuiness of a Capricorn (male/female) - once the Capricorn withdraws and takes it away from them. - to the point that the shock makes that negative person self-destruct and ruin their own lives. - - - but yeah the only types of people you don't have to worry about fake, envy or toxicity about - are people who are born under the sign of Capricorn - - - just remember the good standards they show you, they expect that from you as well.

That was indeed a great video and helped me a lot . Thank you Sheila! I got married to a widow 2 years ago and gained a 2 years old child jn the process. A lot of my friend told me that getting married after a year was too quick considering the traumatic experience mu husband has been through with his belated wife ro then realised that a lot of my friendship were one sided . Now that I was married and less available, my friends completely changed so I had to learn how to focus on myself and ride with my new family

Thank you for sharing this! Sadly at times it takes things changing in our lives for us to see who our genuine friends are. But I commend you for choosing the life you wanted, the one that made you happy despite being discouraged by your friends. We all take our own paths in life and that’s the only way to see what’s right and fulfilling for us. I wish you and your family more joy and peace in years to come 😊
