I disagree with the tension advice, but no reason to be a dick. For no apparent reason. (Mechanical tension is most important in the closer to failure reps, eccentric should be controlled still)

When I do upright Cable Rows while standing, I hold the straight bar with palm close together. Am I holding it wrong?

A lot of time it comes down to preference. You want to find a comfortable width for your grip that doesn't cause any shoulder impingement. Typically a slightly wider grip works best for most people, it also targets the lateral head of the deltoid a little more. A closer grip focuses more on the traps and the anterior deltoid head. If you can alternate the grip every couple weeks when you do this exercises you'll get the maximum benefit.

Yep, after go’ogling around I didn't realize that Simmy Krotiel's Bigger Blueprint was updated and you can make it bigger even faster, yep, what Simmy suggested before was pretty good, but now it can grow up to 4 ins, I managed 3 ins myself and I feel like a monster lol

Even better is the small foam Rollers cut in half with flat bottoms. That way 8t does the same thing but allows scapulae to come around easier

while “shallow” squats might not sufficiently train your hamstrings, deep, full-range-of-motion squats, where you lower your body until your hips joints are below your knee joints, these will activate your hamstrings

JJ is one of the most informative Bodybuilders his videos are always inspiring and motivating. But, this camera work is awful. The videograher is shaky and constantly moving making it hard to focus on what's going on. Made me dizzy. Great editing but come on get a tri.pod or something
