I lost 15 kg in 7-8 months, it's not so loose but i wasn't sure how to reduce it but maybe little bulking might help. Problem is I am short so I would prefer to stay lean though let's see if it can help with loose belly skin.

First talk about complete protein & incomplete protein. The source of them. 2ndly to get 10gm veg protein how much carbohydrate you are having along with it 😂😂. The minimum daily protein requirement in gm is equal to our body weight and think to get that how much added carbs you have to intake in your veg diet. No doubt why India is highly Diabetic compared to western ones and we are becoming weak day by day and getting less gold in games.
