What if it won’t let me hold it still while turning

I have been spending almost half a day trying to solve this bobbin problem, turning the machine left/right and upside down and even a headache kicked- in,thanks to you it was solved and my headache vanished.God bless you!

Can anyone help me? My wheel to turn the needle jams and stops moving if I try and hold on to the pink part with the hook (mine is a different model so is silver metal, not pink)

In my case the pink case you are showing is not moving how can I fix this as my machine is not picking the thread from bobbin bcz this case/spinner is not moving .. I am stuck..

Mine is an all pink one and basically it has no screws different colour and came eith no clear plastic bobbin cover either....🙄 so yeah i give up i should find a brother or singer one cause yesterday i tried for hours changed needles re threading and it will not do anything except poke holes in fabric lol

I unscrew the four screws and gently pushed it up on the sites, but than it still hangs tightly to the frame, I can´t open up. Please can you help?

Every one else on the internet is getting their fixed by this video but now my machine won’t work at all. It worked for a second and then it got super tangled and I don’t know how to fix this

Thank you so much! Wish I had watched this 1st, solved the issue in a minute! Well explained. Fixed my singer6235 using your technique (held the steal bobbin frame in place with a screw driver while turning the handwheel to get the needle where it should be.

The pink round thing in my machine can't be stopped. It spins with the needle.:-(

I got hope watching your video for some minutes but it seems to do not work for me. Am not able to spin the wheel , it blocks while holding on the pink thing. Is it a mini machine for you?

Anybody here have to end up resetting the time in another way? I think I’m gonna have to open the machine and figure out what adjustment is needed. I have the Janome new home 124 and it’s a little different unfortunately. Any feedback will be appreciated.
