The first time Magnus tried a bench press he did 100kg at 15 years of age. I did 27kg so that say something ;)

I was huge fan of Magnuss way over in the midwest and 77 I was in military when I saw 1st ..I had a later years muscle mag with Magnus and he disclosed some of strenght workouts that I incorporated into my personal workouts and got great results.i wish I still had that magazine

La gente actual es una risa Porque se creen increíbles con 118kg de.presion de agarre y no conocen A Magnus Samuelsson tiene desde hace más de 10 anos un récord testado por la TV de Japón por 192 kg y lo peor de todo es que es natural y estos van hasta los dientes de todo 😂

1:08:10 Gunter looked better than anyone else from the front relaxed. Sure he had wide hips, but he made up for it with his shoulder width. His absolute size was blowing away Cutler there. Cormier also looked better in the front relaxed. His narrow hips plus wide shoulders really made him look more impressive.

Hvorfor var det så mye hype om 180 kg steinen? Savickas løfta 180 kg stein flere ganger i 2005 i IFSA konkurransene Rettelse: Kommentatoren i IFSA sa det var 180 kg, men det sto 172 kg på steinen

jeg mener det var at den egentlig veide 200kg når arild først løfta den sa han denne veier garantert mer enn 180 fordi han hadde noe tilsv og fordi ingen andre enn svend i norge hadde greid det tror jeg. altså både at vekten faktisk var feil og at kun svend hadde greid det i norge.

@@folieadeux5463 Ja, den veier nok 200 eller ihverfall underkant av det. Og uten tvil den tyngste steinen som noensinne var løfta på dette tidspunktet. Og som jeg rettet på, steinen Savickas løfta var 172 kg så selvom han var verdens sterkeste mann så kunne han ikke nærme seg Arild Haugen på Atlas Steiner.
