Dislike the volume. The questions recording volume is so loud, multiple choice was a lower volume the answer volume completely low which is annoy for me to listen.

cofi focuses on the broader cost by banks to borrow funds which affects rates and adjustable rate mortgages and codi focuses strictly on the cost of receiving/raising funds through deposit accounts by banks. both are correct.

THESE are the type of questions i have been looking for. very particular and unique in their wording. most study guides only have surface level/face value content which is the complete opposite of the exam. best of luck to all of us, i'll tell you now that the exam is fairly difficult due to its wording and niche sectors of topics.

you have to make clear in this case the answer should be the beneficiary (lender) unless you specified in Q9. A Subordination clause in a trust deed benefits: The truster intended or plan to get second mortgage. The borrower (trustor) benefits the most from a subordination clause since this makes it easier to obtain an additional loan on their property. For example, the buyer of vacant land can obtain a construction loan more easily if the loan against the land will be subordinated to the construction loan.

#5 The wording is wrong. It make it sound like there are two miles in each section when:"How long is one section of a township in miles? Section: The basic unit of the system, a square piece of land one mile by one mile containing 640 acres. Township: 36 sections arranged in a 6 by 6 square, measuring 6 miles by 6 miles.

Just took the exam and for the life of me, there wasn’t questions lined up on what I was taught or studied. So sad. I’m not taking that exam again. I will buy property and sell it on my own. So discouraged. Very
