I plan to stay in either Gotemba or Fujinomiya for trip in a few weeks. I want to check out Fuji Milk land and the Gotemba Outlets. (Coming from America with stay in Ryogoku as a base)

Hi! There was snow from MBC to ABC area, and the temperature can be low at -20 at night, so be sure to bring a sleeping bag appropriate for this very low temperature. The good thing is the clear and nice sky. Good luck 😊

ฟ้าใสทุกวันนะคะ จะมีแถวโซน MBC ที่จะมีหิมะตกหนา แต่เดินสะดวกค่ะ มีป้ายบอก และทางเดินสังเกตง่าย จะมีช่วงทางเดินเหวแคบๆ เล็กๆ ที่ตอนหิมะลงหนาจะต้องระวังนิดนึงค่ะ โชคดีนะคะ

Absolutely. We trekked without hiring a porter or guide. What everyone has to do is apply for a TIMs card and the permit before starting the journey. You can apply in both Kathmandu and Pokhara.

Yes, it was safe for us. Don’t forget the snow grips for your shoes to walk on some slippery snow paths. Good luck!

Hey great video, had a couple of doubts. If we do it on our own, will we be guaranteed of getting a stay at teahouses? Are you aware of any platform that I can enquire about trekkers who are going and join them?

Hi! Thank you! For the first question, based on our experience, we went on our own and didn’t book any lodges in advance. There were plenty of available places to walk in and ask the price. We went there in late December~early January, which I beleive it is not a high season. For the second question, I'm not sure. Maybe you can check some Facebook groups. I hope this helps!

ทางเดินบางช่วงใกล้ๆ MBC จะเป็นทางแคบติดเหวเล็กๆ ถ้าวันนั้นมีหิมะถมทางเดิน ก็จะอันตรายค่ะ แต่โดยรวม ทางจะปกติ เดินสะดวกค่ะ
