So this morning, I did body oil first and then my body butter with lotion. I started with my body oil in the shower. I finished showering and turned off the water, rubbed it in the body oil on my arms, shoulders, legs, etc. Then when I came into my room to get dressed, I mixed my body butter with body lotion. On top of the body oil. My skin does feel very supple and moisturized. I worried the same about what happens when I put my clothes on. But so far so good. I have a habit of moisturizing the top of my body more than I do the bottom of my body. So the oil that I did on my thighs and legs absorbed much quicker straight out of the shower.With my skin felt soft, but I didn’t have an oily residue. I hope this helps.

Thank you! I use to sell skincare and this is correct! Also I used them on both sides of my mouth and between my eyes to get rid of fine lines. Try Patcholoy flash patches for 30 days straight. Thank me later!

The shipping cost is high for USA + Canada. In order to get free shipping you must spend like $150 USD..to avoid a $30 shipping fee. She has many great products targeting dark spots, aging, texture, etc. If you live in UK or EU its more affordable to only buy the sunscreen alone.

after i get out the shower, i use body oil all over my body and let it absorb a bit like 5 mins and then i get my knees and elbows with body butter. and then wear my clothes. If i'm wearing something's delicate though i just use a body lotion. All the products are from the brand palmer's, their cocoa butter body oil, body lotion, and the jar. i have "normal" skin.

Love the tips! One thing I would say though is weightlifting will help playing with the grandkids. Strength training can improve balance and strength, which can reduce the risk of falls and fractures and reduce risk of osteoporosis. I’m not a weight lifting gym girly either but have some dumbbells at home and looking to get some other things to use at home.
@itsLakishaa2 ай бұрын
Thank you so much hon! And absolutely! Some strength training and body weight exercises is definitely a must. I also have kettle bells and dumbbells and others fitness essentials in my home gym. I talk about working out according to your hormonal cycle in a previous video which includes weight training etc.. These are just daily tips, those are specific to your fitness goals. Thanks for watching! 🥰
