Loved the workouts! What sets/reps did you do for the leg days??

Just finished watching the first and started the second and I have to say I FEEL u on wasting expensive ingredients bc I see so many recipes that as a baker I’m like there’s no way that works so at least I know but I hate when ppl give unreal expectations, whether it’s decent or not, we all know it isn’t gonna taste like the real thing so when ppl say that it sets ppl up for disappointment. Ppl should be honest imo but some of these aren’t even decent or good as a sub, they just don’t work so thanks for sharing this fr! Onto the second all I have to say is BAKED OATS ARE LIT. Thats the one healthy dessert I fr think tastes like a real muffin but then again I LOVE oats and pro tip is to add some protein power (whey casein blend is the best for baking) and sprinkle some turbinado on top bc it gives it a realistic feel lol. On the third the vanilla thing was so funny bc I was about to comment about the first one that you lost me at the lack of vanilla 😂

Love that honesty - i wish i was making an actual dessert - i can enjoy a ‘healthy’ blondie or brownie but i miss that crispy texture on top - there’s a time and place for both for sure ❤❤

I been through this as well…I felt like it was my fault. I was so mad at my body. I was ready for my baby….then it happened. I lost a fallopian tube….a year later I was diagnosed with cervical cancer then had a hysterectomy. Now I can’t have a baby. It hurts. It hurts so much that u feel like nobody will ever understand. Thank you for this.❤

Oh my goodness! Our family ate crepes growing up the same way!! Just butter and powdered sugar. On top if we wanted we put thawed frozen strawberries but that is childhood right there

I think many people are new. I'm new myself and I have no idea how most of the things look. I am looking most of the time on the ceiling cause I feel so awkward. Not sure how to go around this tbh

Thank you so much for sharing your experience Brittany. I’m 3 days post op after losing my right tube. I went in for a 6 week scan and was prepped for surgery the same day. I assumed I had a miscarriage at 5 weeks and they were making sure it was resolved, but it turned out to be ectopic. Listening to stories like yours makes me feel less alone. xxx

My favorite Childhood Almond cookies recipe, I skip the rose water since I don't like it and add vanilla flavoring in the filling and dough but this will not disappoint kzbin.info/www/bejne/q2HNhH-mjq5lndksi=cM2SYP56tYb6ybhk

I feel like I needed to hear the last part of the video. This past month and half has been one thing after another for me and I can’t seem to get anything together. I live in central Florida and have to work during hurricanes so now that Milton is past I’m hoping all the stressors are over and I can start working out again and just having my life together again. I miss my routine!! 😅

I also ate a lot of baked goods postpartum and gained 10 pounds, so I had to lose the baby weight that didn't come off promptly from having the baby plus that. So... everyone be aware of what you are like. If you are someone, like me, who overeats easily and it kinda escalates, you might not be able to be so intuitive about things and need more accountability.

My grandma used to make this amazing macaroni salad and it’s since been passed down - most mac salads are wayyyy too heavy on the mayo and don’t have enough flavor outside of that. This one is so delicious and no other Mac salad will ever come close or compare lol.

It's truly awesome to hear that you and your awesome family survived the Hurricane! At the same time, however, I also feel guilty saying this because a lot of families are still recovering from the devastation Milton brought about. It's so sweet of you to check in on them and help them recover safely!

It truly is bittersweet 😭 glad to be safe, but i know that’s not the case for everyone. So we try to help out where we can. 🧡🥹

I wear my hair down because a bun or pony will get in the way when I lay on a bench. It doesn't hold when i run or jump. I def love love to wear braids. I never take the time to braid my hair. If i did it more often it probably wouldn't take as long lo l
