Thank you for posting sir! Trying to do a 98 BMW M3 and this gave me a good starting point. Clips didn’t work by electrical tape around the spool did it.😎👍

Remedyo lang bro since may naputol nang plastic sa katagalan, naglagay ako ng screw para may kapitan ang cable. Medyo mabusisi nga lang gawin pero nakaya naman. 😁

Do not use rough sand paper as it will damage the comitator, use P600 water paper

Spray brake cleaner in it whilst turning the gears. Repeat the process a couple of times until all the gunk/old grease is out, then set it aside to dry. After that grease the shaft (the side that engages the gears) and put it back in, turn the gears by hand a couple of times and that should do it!

it would be great if we can hear your views and tips on your skills instead of stupid music!..sandpaper is too coarse!..need very fine paper!..you are actually damaging the commutator with that grade!..use a razor blade to clear out the channels on the commutator so the spark travels across the commutator to give the motor its maximum power!...remember the surface needs to be cleaned but at minimal removal to maximize the life of the motor!..sorry to say but this motor will be lucky to last a few months in this state!..
