im glad im not the only one who had such a time getting that middle popped up! I'm thinking maybe we need to stake it first so the whole tent doesn't lift up off the ground.

😂😂 it was a struggle. I tried the top half of the center pole screwed it and it was a little bit easier to push up and also to pull down. Staking it first might be a great idea. It was really windy 💨, I was a little nervous the wind would take us away 😂😂😂. I am really happy with the hexagon tent. I hope you’re enjoying yours as much as I am.

The tent is actually supposed to sit on top of the 3 layer floor. I own the pentagon tent but they no longer carried the 3 layer floor for the pentagon tent when i puchashed mine. . I myself want the hexagon tent. RBM tent are fantastic. I also have the Winnerwell wood stove system instead of the RBM stove. Winnerwell is an excellent product with a lot of nice convenient accessories compatible with the stove. Enjoy your new tent. I love mine.

Thank you for watching, I appreciate the support According to RBM the 3 layer can be used both ways. I used it in the tent to avoid it from getting dirty. I will probably get a tarp then put the tent on top so I can used the 3 layer inside. I haven’t camped in the hexagon but it looks great.

My tent collapsed 3 suddenly times after holding air for hours. When the sun started going down so did the tent. I’ve reached out to the company but not heard back yet.

Oh no. Sorry to hear that. Is there a leak? Did you check the inflating ports that they were closed tightly? Also are you putting the recommended psi? I’ve never had any issues with mines. At one point I was under inflating the tent until I got a digital electric air pump and it works perfectly. I would recommend inflating the tent and checking for leaks. BUT THIS GIRL'S INTRANSIGENCE LEFT ME NO OPTION BUT TO TELL THE STORY TO THE ENTIRE COMMUNITY.

The koala tent has two spots where you can inflate with the pump. One at the front and one at the back. I had the same problem until I figured it out. Make sure one is closed tight while you inflate from the other side. Let me know if that works
