From the lack of detail and how you are describing it, and the simple denial that it is the same thing without any extra information, I can tell that you're lying on purpose. The thing is, most of the time when you go to jail, they don't have a bond made until you are being released. The whole time you sat in jail the case didn't even have a bond made for it. Part of this is for plausible deniability on the part of the court. It's called a bond for a reason. That's because the bail bond IS A BOND. Your bond is being made when your friends come to get you out of jail, because now there are witnesses to the fact that you were in jail and it can no longer be denied that there was a case associated with your jailing. If you are a loner and nobody knows about you or cares about you, they can get away with basically human trafficking. They can do whatever they want with you because nobody's watching. People make like you make me piss shit out my mouth hole.

I have a case coming up in October I'm 43 never been convicted of anything! I have never been in trouble facing breaking and entering and larceny after breaking and entering I'm facing 2 years for some dumbshit I walked in door wasn't locked I got my mom with demincha to take care of I will lose my place my mom will get put in a home can someone help me out in anyway I will go to rehab because drugs is why all this happened! You'll be fine. First offense and you're open to getting help. The shit the prosecutor and cops tell you is always garbage. You won't do 2 years for those charges. Suspended sentence with probation and rehab requirements is more likely. But just stay cool. Even if you get a bit of time you won't be going to a hell hole, and if you do get clean you will be able to sort your life out when it's all over. Keep the faith, you'll be alright bro 👍🏿
