Heyy, anyone who has started their period can give menstrual cup a shot. Although it is totally normal for first time users to face difficulty inserting it. Could be pain or discomfort ! There are several different materials and sizes of menstrual cup, maybe you could look into it before investing in one. I’ve also heard people who are struggling with inserting the menstrual cup, looked into other alternative, such as menstrual disc, which helped them a lot (it is smaller in size, and functions the same as the menstrual cup)

Tip- for removing the cup we have to push it a bit like when some mother gives push for baby to get out of vagina or push it like we push when we poop 💩 and then pinch the cup and remove it
