@@shanavegamingyt you can put it.. try it.. it will benefit you best when it's chilled.. btw you don't have to keep it in freezer.. to get it freezed of the fridge you have to keep it in chiller section of the fridge where you keep milk n ol..

Eat non oily food, no maida, and more fruits and green vegetables.. apply lactocalamine lotion.. use multani mitti face pack alternatvly..and for cream use non oily cream.. keep your skin dry..
