Nice, we have stayed at this hotel more than once because we like it so much and the noise level was low at night which is great for sleeping. The location is close to plenty of restaurants and lounges on ocean drive and to the beach. Let me know if you have other questions.

I feel kind of stupid not to have asked for an upgrade when I checked into the PH just last week. I paid for an early check-in because I had a show that evening and didn't want to rush things in between settling in and getting to my show on time (including having a late lunch/early dinner). To me, it's all about the window view. My room was a Fountainview room on the 21st floor. It was nice, but the window was kind of slim. Your window looks like it's three quarters times the size that mine was.

You never know if there is availability or if you will get an upgrade but always good to ask. Totally understandable if you had specific needs for an early or late check out based on your schedule. Hope you had a great trip!!

It’s on the strip on Las Vegas blv in the miracle mile mall, if you put in the Elara in a gps it will take you there but not sure of the mailing address.

How much was the room per night when you stayed there?

We paid about $150 a night but we did a tour and upgraded from the suite to the 1 bedroom. Rates are about ~$213 a night weekdays right now and higher on weekends. Although there were 3 TVs we didn’t use them so I am not sure, they did display a welcome message and appeared to be up to date but I would call the front desk to confirm.

That room is the Ultra Boulevard. I've been looking at a ton of videos, trying to decide which room to go with. What's in close running are the Ultra Resort and Ultra Vista. The Ultra Boulevard is priiiiiiicey. For one night when I've searched is around $1100. 😳 Yikes! Did you do the "$20 trick," or did she just upgrade you on her own? That's a major upgrade! Either way, this was an AMAZING upgrade. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Hope you had a great stay, and thank you for your video!

Yes we were trying not to fall but def more challenging when your tall or have other feet, since you have done snowboarding before maybe the balance in sand boarding will be easier. Thanks for watching!!

Just keep in mind that they charge up to $55 for each seat and taxes on top of the pass price. On top of that, you can only book flights 24 hours in advance.

Yes the additional fee for seat and taxes is an additional cost and the 24 hours does not allow much planning for accommodation so perhaps a good option if you a visiting a place where you already have accommodations

Fairfield Inn & Suites Las Vegas South, it had a free shuttle to the strip. Check hotels near the airport or convention center, some of those are considered off strip. They usually don’t have the word “resort” in the name either.

I just got back from the Elara and they did not charge a resort fee with a timeshare tour. I also stayed at Waldorf Astoria in Vegas and did not have a resort fee, but I paid with points. I just stayed at Planet Hollywood but booked through United with points and had a $50 resort fee so depends on how you book.
