This is not moonshine, too low proof. Moonshine is generally 80+ proof

Real moonshine is more like 90 percent and is not commercial. This is not true moonshine. I live in Virginia and you ask a friend if they know someone who has moonshine. Then they ask a friend and that friend asks a friend. It comes in a jar with no label. Imagine drinking what you think jet fuel might taste like or better yet flavored moonshine ( peach, watermelon, apple,i.e.) it still tastes like jet fuel. Drink a little to much and you will black out and in the morning your friends will tell you you took all your clothes off and were running around the yard. Good times.

My roommate was taught how to make moonshine by making some using someone else's equipment. Melted through the container he had it in,and bubbled the polish on the table it was sitting on. Got it in big glass jars and gifted it to family and friends who thought they were tough sh**'s...

Real moonshine is about 80% vol. average -depands of which moment of destilaton process. At the begining it's almost pure alcohol and the last one is about 40% and it would choke you for a while if you don't know how to drink it.

if it has a label or a tax stamp, anything but corn, it's not moonshine. To give you an Idea, We cut full proof down to between 125 to 150 proof

firstly, it's cheese curd in poutine, not cheese. cheese curd squeaks when eaten, and poutine has cheese curd, necessarily. secondly and just as importantly, fries in poutine ought to be crispy, so the longer you leave your poutine in the hot gravy, the more soggy the fries will be. so eat poutine as soon as possible, trying to not let it sit too long, so as to not permit it to get soggy. the rest, is just creative toppings in a poutine, other that the original - fries cheese curd and gravy. enjoy
