This constant pushing of the narrative that Tosh's response to Marley's death was opportunistic is unfortunate. Why? Because Steffens himself has an interview on tape on Peter saying it hurts to know they came up together and he's gone but Rastas don't mourn death and there's peace in knowing that Bob will be reincarnated.
