It doesn’t mention that you can’t lock it from the outside with a key. This means you have to lock it from the inside while it is open then close the door with more more force than normal, this is causing the lock side of my door to slowly detach from the rest of the door (after 3 years).

4 things: - 1. How do you cancel a lost key card? 2. How are individual cards identified? 3. Is the lock able to be linked to an app or settings filed through a wifi link to a computer for backup? 4. Is there an alternative to replace the operating snib with a lever handle? A function necessary for arthritic users. Or, is there a companion model that you can point me to as an alternative?

If your looking for a world of pain this product is for you .3 years of getting the run around with technicians that dont know their product .It works great for about 1 hour then fails .

This is really badly designed. What if the door opens the other way? The levers would be wrong sided.

Absolutely. I just purchased these locks and I can't get it to work on the opposite side because it lifts upwards. What a joke. No assistance from Assa Abloy

Q: Can you program the lock using card and pin code at the same time. In other words, can I used the card as well as using a pin code or is it one of the two, ?

Not sure if its changed but sounds like you need to duplicate the card instead.
