Here in the US, the driver filming the 'tailgater' is in the wrong. He's driving in the passing lane; whereas the 'tailgater' is using it correctly.. as a passing lane.

To activate launch control. 1) Shifter in manual mode (move shift to left) 2) Sport plus 3) traction off 4) Foot on brake all the way down 5) Gas all the way down until it clicks. Don’t wait more than 3 seconds. 6) release brake.
