As someone who’s only played The Sims 1 I struggle to controle the camera in Sims 2 I struggle with accomplishing my sims goals I struggle with controlling more than one sim Every time I go out my sims ends up smelling bad very quickly I dont know what places to go in downtown🤔 I want my sims to marry and all of that, I also want to discover the game lore and all those hidden details but Im so bad at playing it😭

It does take practise! There was once a time where I couldn’t do more than 3 sims in a household before it became overwhelming for me. I like to keep the camera in one place so I can focus on what’s going on rather than moving it about. You’ll get there. It just takes time & practise. Start with 1 sim & focus on their needs & wants first

If you google “Sims 2 Ultimate Collection download” there should be a few versions of it for free. Just remember to be cautious with what you’re installing

How did you get these two families together. Right now I'm in the first game weekend and my teens are si exhausted their homework is piling up. I have a nanny taking care of the babies while the kids are in school.

While the Newson family are in the neighbourhood family bin, you can combine them with the Goodie family (if one of these families are already in a property)

I use about 100 mods but they are 90% just things to make the original less annoying - like stopping the constant newborn baby harassment, letting sims cut bushes they can’t reach etc

Someone else commented this but i thought it for a long time now! The way you play is very dollhouse style. Its like the Sims are dolls and the house being in "one" perspective feels like its a house for them. ❤ Its also very calming to watch and helps me sleep as I usually get easily distracted 😅

Please play the pleasant family in your next vid and save them from falling apart. I always save them and make them a happy family but my pc is crushed😭 btw sims 2 is just pure love and full of nostalgia. Love your vids keep it up❤

I have never played the Sims 2 on PC before, so this is great. I haven't watched the previous parts of this lets play but I am appalled to witness this college student woohoo with a professor. Probably his professor no less. The tea is piping hot I love it.

Interesting how you play with the camera outside the house, like its a real doll house. I'm always moving my camera everywhere all the time, this is way more chill. I have to try it out. Banger video, love the content! :)

So glad you like the videos! I downloaded the Ultimate Collection online. Though I can’t remember which website specifically - if you google “Sims 2 Ultimate Collection download” then I’m sure there should be a couple of sites that do it for free. I use Windows 10 on a custom PC 🙂

but how did you install it? there is like no good video on how to install it, i tried mounting the iso file (whatever that means) but no matter what i do it still says i have to put in the disc which i obviously can't since no modern computer uses this crap anymore and idk about sims 2 but in sims 1 case even that's not an option since EA doesn't sell sims 1 anymore

It was a download on a website for free. I can’t remember the site specifically but if you google Sims 2 Ultimate Collection Download it should come up. It was just a case of opening the downloaded file & clicking “Run”. Since then I’ve always had it with no problems
