Hello po! Congratulations! 😊 I applied for korea visa pre pandemic with uni-orient travel agency before I got married. They are one of the accredited agencies of korea embassy. When I updated my passport, I first got NBI clearance and marriage certificate. Hello! 😊 I cook for both my husband and me so lunch and dinner here is technically for two persons. I buy ingredients from our local supermarket in the Philippines. I don’t really count the calories I intake and try to always eat a full meal with regular exercise. Good luck on your weight gain journey 😍
