@DayDotSports2 ай бұрын
For sure, been years in the making. How do you think they will go without him?
@RugbyLeagueHistory2 ай бұрын
@DayDotSports I honestly don't know. St. George had the weakest roster in 2024 but under Flanagan they almost played finals. I don't think St. George ever really got a return on the investment they put with Hunt. He were on big money and they only played finals once when he were there (2018) and he cost them the game against Souths in that semi-final. In his defence though, Saints haven't had good rosters and he has carried the team for the most part.

@@DayDotSports One story I always remember was Todd Carney got into serious trouble at Canberra, more serious than the other times, he did most of the bad stuff but he was with another player called Steve Irwin, yes there was a player called Steve Irwin. Carney got kept on at Canberra, Irwin was sacked immediately. Irwin was just a fringe player and obviously Carney had a lot of talk about him back then being the next big thing.

Im the first one to listen, yay me. Good poddy mate 👍 Hes only in rehab to get a better deal in court. This is career defining for the broncos considering their current perception and appointment of a new coach who accepts high moral and football standards. He needs at least a year suspension, possibly two.

Nathan Cleary would be crazy to go to the Super League and that is someone who supports St Helens and watches the Super League. No club here could afford him, with the conversion rates a club here would need to pay him £615K a year. That's if he wanted the same money he is on at Penrith. No club here has £615K spare.
