Diese Live Version ist soviel besser als auf dem Album. Ihre Stimme verzaubert und macht Gänsehaut. Deswegen Marianne Rosenberg immer wieder Live erleben. Bravo❤

If anybody should have turned their back on their “friends” and walked away from the life, it was Christopher. From the very first murder we see him commit he’s beset by nightmares and anxiety, and the only truly “good” influence in his life he ultimately has to have killed because she went to the feds. At the end of the day Tony wanted the best for him, but wasn’t able to see that he just wasn’t cut out for that lifestyle, and should have made an effort to distance himself, rather than double down on the mob lifestyle.

Safan composed good music for The Last Starfighter and Remo Williams. He also composed music for Stand and Deliver in 1988.

Both are superb scores. But I love James Horners music so deeply, it is so ingrained, I can only hear his as the better.

Don Imus used this instrumental classic as his theme song for his television show on MSNBC, twenty years ago. This was a great rock and roll number.

This is excellent; though I can't seem to find a reliable source for the "Spinchiller" album that would support the artist.

This soundtrack & the Fly's are brothers…probably because they have the same dad in music composer Howard Shore....man, you can feel the same dread in both movies & in their epic theme music! He definitely put his stamp on both

1:49:27 "You're the one that wanted to set up house..." One of my favorite scenes, with Fran staring off, followed by the score (with the silhouettes of the zombies at sunset)... narrated by the tv interviewer saying "they only prey on humans... they do not prey on each other..." we must not be lulled by the fact that these are our family members and loved ones... they must be destroyed on sight!!! this is the point of the movie where you sense the world has come to grips that this is huge problem and normal isn't coming back...

@@SebrinaLeePayne-Biscardi-k2c right. the older i get, the more i appreciate this movie. It really documents the expected response to a zombie apocalypse better than any film made prior (or afterwards). Covers the collapse of society, and fallout, human condition...all in 2 hours. (in 1978) and add to that, a great score... by George... compiled from library tracks

Sorry to add a discordant note to a great musical track but to me it also plays up the myth of the Helpful Americans to grateful peasants. If there is a truth at times in that there is a a massive contrary story that undermines it.

"So what's the first thing Jack Kennedy does to thank Chicago for all their help? He puts his shitass brother in there, that little prep school punk, and he winds making him attorney General. And what's the first thing Bobby does? He goes after not just Jimmy, which in a way you could understand. I mean, Jimmy hates the Kennedys so much he gave Nixon a half a million dollars in teamster cash. But Bobby also goes after Giancana, Marcello, Trafficante, and all the other guys who put his brother in The White house in the first place. What's that about?"
