Lou Gramm didn't get back with Foreigner because he wanted to write and do Christian music ❤️ Mick quit for a year. Didn't want to do anything until his brother and Jason Bonham told him to get back to work. So you all can quit with the hateful comments. I love Foreigner Then And Now ❤️ they are both great, love you Kelly. ❤️ Keep on rocking guys ❤️ stay safe everyone and have a good day 😘
@waltersimmons946 Жыл бұрын
Charlene ? You and I have texted each before over Lou Gramm and your favorite singer Kelly Hansen. Lou didn't not leave Foreigner to write Christian music . Lou left in 2003, (His 2nd time) because of Micks ALCOHOLISM, yes Mick was a heavy alcoholic and in 1992 when Lou agreed to return to Foreigner after Johnny Edwards tenure was ended by politics and business decisions (which also ended Lous band SHADOW KING) Lou told Mick up front that he gave his life to the Lord and Lou said he would NOT be a part of the drugs & alcohol scene anymore and Chalene the band then trashed and exchoriated Lou for doing so. To be fair also it was Jason Bonham who suggested to Mick that he should reform the band after Lou left , it was never Micks idea . Jason told Mick "These songs should be played" and to be fair to Kelly Hansen, he had NO idea Mick and Lou had quit working together in Foreigner when he was recruited as the 3rd singer. Kelly thought it was a charity event and it was never publicy announced when Lou quit BOTH TIMES. Lou came out retirement in 2021 and he still performs Foreigner classics . He never stopped . He mixed the Christian ✝️ songs in the setlist with Rock 🎸 songs 🎵. He always did that. Micks the one that dodges explaining the things he did, not Lou. Micks health isn't deteriorating for nothing.

hasmize Hard Men is a good one, he’s done mostly bit parts after Press Gang though sadly. He also stars in Metroland(With Christian Bale) & a few TV movies like “Sweet Nothing” but although his acting is amazing, some of them just haven’t gelled with me as much as Press Gang has 😅

hasmize He pops up in TV more if you’re interested, White Gold, Press Gang(1989 there, his second starring role ), bunch of guest bits throughout the years but not much “starring” persé. I’m still trying to see the first season of his first show Dodger, Bonzo & the Rest from 1985 but it’s currently lost & not on home media unfortunately 😔

@@BunnyTsukino1999 due to the nature of my job, i dont get enough time to watch TV series but if its a good one i wll try. Unfortunately many talented british actors dont get enough light as a result of which many of their good movies are not available on free sites.
@BunnyTsukino19994 жыл бұрын
hasmize Well, all of the stuff I mentioned is on youtube, aside from White Gold which is on Netflix/All4, I recommend Press Gang if you can get past it being made in the late 80s/early 90s but he leaves after season 3 unfortunately, one of the best & longest roles he’s had.The episodes are 20 mins or so & i’ve compiled them into a convienient playlist so you can know what you’ve watched 😅

I'm no professional critic, and I don't believe I really write that well, and I usually don't give reviews/ my opinion too much because it's my own and I don't think people be too concerned with it, however, I had to write something about this play. My wife took us to see the show in NYC on 8-10-19 at the off-Broadway New York City Center theater. WOW!!! we had an amazing time, the show was great, the players outstanding, and of course the music was mind-boggling. (having grown up in Meatloaf's rise to stardom, we know the album/music very well.) We loved it from the get-go all the way to the end. It became one of our favorites and we will be back!! The story they developed for the album was great, I felt it matched up with the songs so well, that I have a whole new outlook on the album as I'm listening to it for the 7-8th time since the show. I loved how everyone was perfect in their roles and did the music justice as they sang wonderfully. Andrew, & Christina were magnificent and stood out in their lead parts, but that doesn't mean the actors/parts of everyone else doesn't deserve accolades for their part in the play as well because they sure did/do. Everybody sounded great, everybody did their part extremely well and we loved it anything in totality with everybody included. We laughed, we sang and just has a great time. Thank you for the show all!!. It was a radically fun show and can't wait to go back to see it again. I hope it stays in New York for a while to come!! The theater was a great place for the show too, and kudos for the stage design guys for all the great scene designs they created/ used. The director/ producer should be proud of the musical in its entirity as it gets a 10+ from us. By the reaction of the crowd we were watching laughing and singing with (everyone in the sell out crowd) I'd say the feeling was the same. with everyone)

Dear Michael, thanks, you did well, better than a professional review. Jim Steinman (RIP) and Meat Loaf(RIP) would really appreciate your comment and how you praised the cast. It was a great concern for both of them during their lifetime to realize this musical. I hope they come to Germany again so that I can experience that musical live. Greetings from Germany.
