It's really sad that Kagero are not recognised worldwide as much as other Japanese bands. I suppose they are quite raw and shocking to some people.

I suppose they didn't ever leave indie status so that might have something to do with it . I still love their music whether they are recognised or not . They definitely left an impact on visual kei , Japanese rock and Japanese metal. You can hear their influence on many early 2000's visual kei bands

すごく分かります。今の仕事で周りを見ながら要領よく根回しして振る舞っている自分から、思春期の頃夜中にベッドで聞いてた頃の、周りからよく分からないやつって言われていた頃の素の自分に戻れます。懐かしい気持ちになりますね。

They disbanded in 2006. The lead singer, bassist and drummer formed a band called Angelo shortly after, while the guitarists joined LMC and ALvino respectively.

@@smiley-skeleton4598 They did reunite at least once (one time I think was 2012), and held ANDROGYNOS along with Dir En Grey in 2017.
