A major problem with the Hippocratic License is the question of who ends up defining when something in the UDHR is violated. The UDHR is, in reality, much more of an aspirational document where most of the rights discussed have limits, but where we do not agree on where those limits are. Compare for example, the very different limits on free speech in the US vs EU where the US is wider in protected content but limits the question to government action, while in the EU, there are narrower protected areas but these are often protected against private retaliation as well. And since every jurisdictoin can plausibly say they aren't violating the UDHR as they see it, I don't see how this license can actually discriminate against fields of endeavor unless we posit a single body which interprets that document, and if that is from the G7 then you have the fact that this ends up being very much a cudgel of hegemony. In reality this would have to go through local copyright courts, however, and those would then be tasked with deciding whether human rights were violated. On the other hand, I could imagine one substantial case where it could affect the scope of the license. Since we can assume that all claims would have to go through local copyright courts, and those would then be tasked with interpreting the UDHR, and that furthermore the courts were never side against their respective governments, then the only time this could ever be enforced would be against insurgencies.

Speaking of weaponization... I wonder if there are any cruise missile guidance systems built on RT-Linux. If I were running such a program for, say, Iran or North Korea, it would be either that or FreeRTOS. This leads to an important problem. Most FOSS rose to prominence in the 1990s-2010s when we were trying to build this vast interconnected, globalized world and without globalism, FOSS would not have been posible. But now we are seeing a great effort at disconnecting that world and so I expect FOSS to end up in the crosshairs of large geopolitical players including the US and EU. This would be a bad thing.

for angular 18 you should change the name for package.json in library-a, b and c from to ng-package.json and add { "$schema": "../../../../../node_modules/ng-packagr/ng-package.schema.json", "lib":{ "entryFile": "public-api.ts" } }

100% recommended !!! Excellently explained, clearest talk out of everything about angular i've ever seen. Also I really like that the subject is indepth stuff and not something like how to create some component with some functionality, people kind of dont give bundle size the amount of importance that it actually has... maybe its because its something we kind of do not touch directly but affect it by certain actions. To anyone who's relatively new, this is very valuable conceptual knowledge about how angular works, that you absolutely need in order to be able to create decent stuff.
