For those who didn't know who music composed this short, it's Harry Bluestone, Emil Cadkin and Jack Shaindlin!

This film reel needs some restoration work because the amount of damage on this thing is insane.
@BtGram3 ай бұрын
Film rolls typically last two to three years after their manufacture date, but the length of time they remain usable depends on a number of factors.

@ I know that they last a certain amount of time before they begin to decay. But now since we have the technology that can somehow remove scratches, black spots and such, I would like to see a company like thunderbean obtain this.

I'd say that's a pretty good pitching of the series.

You know, I could've swore I once saw this cartoon short that basically served as a demo for Scooby-Doo. The one thing I remember about it was that Velma was the monster (for some reason) and Shaggy was nowhere to be seen

I always thought of The Flintstones as a cartoon version of The Honeymooners.

Flagstones? You mean flintstones?
@cindydott4529 ай бұрын
Flagstones was the original title when this pilot animation was made. It was changed to Flintstones when the project was given the green light.

June Foray did the voice of Betty & Daws Butler did the voice of Fred.

Daws Butler was doing a Jackie Gleason impression. He sounds like Mel Blancs eventual Barney

Note that in this pilot, none of the characters have their trademark Hanna Barbara necklace, tie or collar that was used to hide the limited animation of the head while leaving the body stationary.

They recast Betty... that seems to happen a lot from pilot to actual series... Just never saw it in an animation, hahaha... (of course the Simpsons look completely different than they did on the Tracy Ullman Show)
