This is absolutely and without question where the big money lies in auto sales. You'll make a fortune, but at the expense of morals. You'll be taking great advantage of low intellect, vulnerable people who are at your lot because all the respectable lots with salespeople who actually have morals and didn't want to make someone whose life has already been hard enough even harder, declined their application for credit. After you collect their $3,000 down payment, you'll smile when you slide over the contract that is going to make their life a living hell, and they will smile when they sign it; and they will be on cloud nine when they drive off the lot in that 2012 Chevy Cruze that they just agreed to pay $13k over 7 years at 30% APR for! It's got 180,000 miles on it but sure looks nice! As long as it doesn't break down before they leave the lot, it's all good! After that it's payday! Just mentally block the rest out and you're good.

If it doesn’t come with a standard transmission option I don’t buy it, that’s why I jumped ship from Honda to Mazda because Honda started phasing out all their manual transmissions when all their vehicles use to have a manual transmission option. I shouldn’t have to buy a civic Si just to get a manual transmission, they should come as an option for all their vehicles except the hybrids.

First this video is CAP 🧢 So once the car dealership sells you the car per the “contract” the bank is “ASSIGNED” and no promissory note was signed which is required to pay back the debt and filed a UCC 1 lien with perfected security interest to have their name on the title legally. & without that promissory note they have no real security interest at all 🤣 therefore have no right to repossess nothing 🤣 and owes you those payments back you’ve been making the whole time some body fact check me 🤣🤣 here’s what ChatGPT has to has about this case law 👀 In the case of First National Bank of Amarillo v. LaJoie, the court ruled that when a consumer purchases a vehicle through an installment contract, the purchaser retains ownership rights, and the seller (dealership) does not hold a security interest in the vehicle. This precedent can be used to argue that any credit union, as an assignee of the installment contract, does not have a valid security interest in your vehicle, as you are the purchaser and retain ownership rights according to your contract with the dealership. The thing we don’t know 📚

Interesting. I have an '88 Corsica LT that's been in my family since purchased new during 1987. Currently just over 100K miles. Had some cosmetic body work done plus normal wear and tear maintenance. Runs great.

I have a 2006 3.9 with 95k. Live this car, it's a sleeper for sure. If you can do your own repairs it's a fine car. Really handles like nothing I've ever owned with 50/50 weight-distribution.

Coming across super shady talking about how customer got lucky, and I’m betting they would’ve still bought it after a test drive but then they wouldn’t have been able to unwind the deal and that’s why you are pushing test drives. The only test drive you should make is straight to a mechanic you trust when financing $2750 cars

I have a very similar one, it's a 2013 SEL, blk ext. And blk int. I have loved this car, I've owned it for 10 Yrs and have 160 k miles on it. And never an issue except a few recalls. I tell everyone it's not sexy, but I get 38 mpg in avg. Sometimes 40. And it's fun to drive. I'm actually at a point where I'm considering a new car, but I have it pretty good with this one, so I'm conflicted.
