I was hoping for a ballpark figure for how long the resin takes to set...

If you are trying to do this for steel wire armour, you need to spin the REVERSABLE armour clamping ring around. From factory, it is in the braid orientation and needs to be turned 180 as the ring's wall is thinner that way

Why continue to insist on using the problematic DIRECT cable entries into metallic Ex "d" enclosures, in cases where it is possible to use INDIRECT entries, through external terminal boxes with type of protection Ex "e" (INCREASED SAFETY) and Ex "d" BUSHINGS, already installed in the factory by the equipment manufacturer? This type of assembly with INDIRECT cable entries, provided for in IEC 60079-14 (electrical installations in explosive atmospheres), makes field installation, inspection and maintenance services in classified areas much SIMPLER, further reducing OPEx, and reducing the possibility of human errors, raising the SAFETY levels of “Ex” electrical and instrumentation installations. 😉👍

Looks good. Used the gland for kopex/conduit recently. Much easier than messing about with compound. Can't believe you used a shifter on this video though 😳 😉

Hi Gergely Varga, you should check out the installation videos. These explain the process in more detail.
