VF-1 had the coolest markings applied to the Tomcat. What a machine!

Definitely agreed. I love how all the aircraft in the squadrons were in their full colorful markings back then. It's a shame I can't find raw footage like this of other squadrons during the same time frame.

I was on the Kitty Hawk the Tomcat was a awesome addition Loved watching a group of F-14 buzz the Hawk

No, the original videos have no audio capture

I'm guessing most of this was taken with 8mm home movie cameras, most of which did not have sound.
